BASELINE:
Dining and food play a major role in business today. Learn a useful
set of practices for those situations where business relationships are
developed and strengthened in social settings where food is an essential
element.
OVERVIEW:
Using a hands-on workshop in contemporary table etiquette, learn to:
1. Recognize a meal's form and order of service
2. Demonstrate self confidence in conducting business during a meal
3. Properly use silverware and utensils in the appropriate order
4. Feel comfortable with American, Continental, or Japanese eating
styles
5. Understand the duties of hosting
6. Recognize the formalities associated with toasting, enjoying
difficult to eat foods, handling accidents, etc.

Upon completion of this program, learn to:
1. Project a positive portrait, additional refinement, and a heightened
sense of business acumen when dining.
2. Increase confidence and ease in social and business settings where a
meal or food is being served.
